Fireworks and March
Startled walking up the road this evening by the crack of loud fireworks ricocheting through the night sky. A neighbour is having an early Bonfire Night party. The sound of gunpowder, though, and I immediately think of a Napoloenic battlefield. Probably just me.
I completed the final edit queries, emailed in the manuscript yesterday. Email back from my editor today saying all's fine. Great. And Perfidy and Perfection is scheduled at the moment to come out next March.

Where will Perfidy and Perfection be available when it comes out next year? Will it be on Amazon and which shops? I got The Lady Soldier off Amazon after several failed attempts to find it in shops. I do still look occasionally out of curiosity and have never yet seen it in any stores. Maybe it just happens to be a problem with bookstores down here in the south of England!

Perfidy and Perfection will be in national distribution (UK) so any bookshop can get it, and it'll be on amazon etc in March (exact date tbc) and in June in the US/Canada. The problem with The Lady Soldier is that it sold out within a week of launch and so there was nothing in the warehouse when bookshops tried to order it. It's been reprinted so there should be no problem in any bookshop getting it for you.
